Great Staff and Location

The staff was really polite and helpful throughout our stay. , they knew how to keep the professionalism alive. They made our romantic escape an enjoyable experience. the location was perfect, it was located in a place where we had a lot of fun places around to visit. The breakfast was impressive but didn't have enough variety, however, it was presented well and tasted nice.

Despite the good aspects, the accommodation was really disappointing. Our room was not clean as it should be and the bed was uncomfortable.

the breakfast was satisfying with a decent number of items to choose from. the hotel was also in a good location which made visiting nearby stores and restaurants easy. we loved the complimentary Christmas decorations that added to the festive mood.

The negative aspects of the hotel overshadowed the positives. the housekeeping was a complete mess as they failed to clean our room for 2 days even after multiple reminders.
